2. Return Process
2.1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at infosol@cartzone.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
2.2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
2.3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
2.4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will process your refund or replacement.
3.Refunds
3.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged or defective item or an incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3.3. Processing Time: Please allow 15 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned item.
